This year's Walk to Bust Cancer
is important.
It marks 10 YEARS providing access to life-saving screenings for women in the NoVA and DMV area.
The Walk also comes at a critical time.
A growing number of women (& men) are hurting in our area from lost jobs, healthcare coverage and/or fear. Many are skipping health appointments even though missing even one annual mammogram can have significant impact on a woman's future.

By registering for the Walk, your money goes directly to buying mammograms and follow-up treatments so that our sisters, mothers, wives, friends and neighbors get the screenings they need. ​​​

Costs We're Raising $ to Cover

​$25 – Helps provide educational materials for women about breast cancer screening.

$50 – Covers transportation costs for a woman to and from screenings or treatments

$100 – Covers mammogram or office visit

$250 – Covers an ultrasound

$500 – Covers a biopsy
